This class will feature an hour of traditional Hatha inspired beginners Yoga with an additional half hour of Nada Sound Yoga and deep relaxation. The first 5 people in this class will pay ONLY $2! The following 5 people will pay $5, the next 5 will pay $10 and the final 5 will pay our regular drop in of $12 (The sound Yoga will be an added treat!).
