Where: Harpers Trail Winery When: Sunday, June 25, 2017 at 10:00am till roughtly 12pm. Cost: $25 (includes a 45 min Pound class, followed by wine tasting) Lunch: Potluck Style Picnic - So bring your favorite picnic type food that we will share with the group. I know some people have food/diet restrictions, so if you do not want to partake in the potluck thats totally ok & you can just bring your own lunch to eat along with us. I'll bring dishes & cutlery for everyone. Bring: Yoga Mat or something to sit on, water for class & one potluck lunch dish to share with group.  PRE REGISTRATION Required. We accept cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, E-Transfer & PayPal. Pay in person, over the phone or online. Click the link below to pay online. This class happens rain or shine. They have a barn we can use if it rains the morning of the class. POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!
