Life is good!
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select and why?
I would choose my 95-year-old grandma and 65-year-old mom when they were 33 like me. I can only imagine the inspiration and insight they could give me!
If you were to receive any existing public award, what award would you like to win?
It would be an honour to receive the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award through the chamber of commerce! Or the globe and mail challenge has been on my bucket list for a few years now.
If you could spend a day with any historical figure, who would you choose and why?
Ina May Gaskin she has changed the way women and the medical field treat and love birth.
Who inspires you?
I am inspired by other young entrepreneurs who have taken the risk to open a business that they are passionate about. Angela Veltri is a very inspiring young entrepreneur and presence in our community.

If you could foresee a single day of your future in its entirety, what date would you select?
Imagine 100 years into the future: Our philosophies, our technologies would drastically change! The hindsight of the past 100 years would be out of this world!
What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about women in business and young entrepreneurs starting something great, I am passionate about my kids and happiness, I'm passionate about my industry and the advances in medical aesthetics technology.
What has been your favourite day of your life, up to this point?
I have two loud and beautiful boys, their birthdays are definitely my favourite.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Opening Enhanced Reflection Medi Spa, it feels pretty good to take a leap of faith and open a business you believe makes a difference.
Where is your favourite place to dine in Kamloops? What do you like about it?
Holy Crepe! I love the peach and honey crepe, if you haven’t tried it, it’s my favourite food truck here.
What is your favourite activity or event in Kamloops? Why?
Roller Derby is my favourite activity! It’s a bunch of inspiring women being active and having fun!

What does your business/organization do?
Enhanced Reflection Medi Spa is a hybrid between a traditional day spa and a medical office that offers premium medical aesthetics. We offer a relaxing environment and a variety of treatments such as massage and facials and organic nail care and medical aesthetics such a Botox and Dermal Filler, Resurfacing and body contouring and microdermabrasion.

What is your mission?
Our goal is to help improve people's quality of life; whether it's through relaxation, skin care, or medical aesthetics. Using safe and effective treatments to improve your beauty and wellbeing from the inside out.
If you could achieve one thing within your field, what would it be?
To dismantle the Botox and Dermal Filler stigma. You can do less! You can look natural and just enhance your features. You will still have all your expressions.
Where do you want your business/organization to be in five years?
I want to continue where I am, allowing clients to feel confident with my services in our beautiful community! I can't wait to broaden my aesthetics practice, and continue to pamper people with spa services.
Who do you consider to be a forerunner within your field?
Dr. Braun from Vancouver is at the forefront of the Medical Aesthetics community and in Kamloops Dr. Steven Jones, ND is using cutting edge technology and advanced treatments.
What three qualities do you feel that your business/organization exemplifies?
Honesty: honest pricing, honest consultations, honest feedback.
Quality: Quality products and premium aesthetic system.
Affordability: monthly specials to ensure everyone can be pampered.
What would you like to say to your employees/volunteers?
YOU ARE SO APPRECIATED!
How does your business/organization impact the community?
We always will donate services to help not-for-profit organizations and fundraisers. We always put gift cards on bid sites so people can have spa treatments who maybe wouldn't have one.
If you were trapped in an elevator with several wealthy investors from any field, which field would you want them to be experts in? What would say to them/talk about?
No, no, no. I will be stuck in the elevator with a few of my favourite musicians please and we can sing along to the elevator music.
If I could change one thing about Kamloops, it would be:
I would bring back the north shore outdoor pool! That was such a bummer for our community. Brought neighbours together and gave the kids 9-16 something positive and active to do within their neighbourhood
What do you think makes Kamloops great?
I love our downtown, all of the shops and coffee shops and downtown farmers market. Such a vibrant part of our city.
