The B.C. Coroners Service has released the identity of a man whose body was found in the Johnson Slough area along the Fraser River.

On June 14th, local RCMP responded to a motor vehicle accident where a car may have ended up in the river. RCMP were only able to locate Onstine’s licence plate, but they were unable to find him.
On Monday, June 22, Hope Search and Rescue recovered Onstine’s body from the Agassiz-Hope area of the Fraser River.
