The Kamloops Museum and Archives is honoured to receive a grant of $1,600 from the BC Interior Community Foundation.
The Bostock and Fallis Families of Monte Creek Heritage Fund, with the BC Interior Community Foundation, supports community charitable organizations through grants in locations that the BC Interior Community Foundation serves.
“We graciously accept this generous contribution from the BC Interior Community Foundation,” commented Museum Supervisor Julia Cyr. “The funds will go towards supporting upcoming special projects at the KMA.”
As part of Canada’s 150th birthday celebration in 2017, this grant is intended to help community foundations imagine opportunities that are innovative, includes and sustainable ways for communities to become stronger.
