Brooke Henderson is no longer looking for her first win of 2017.
The 19-year-old Ontario native, who won twice in 2016 including the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, shot a 66 on Sunday to win the Meijer LPGA Classic.

She earned the win by two shots over American’s Lexi Thompson and Michelle Wie.
“Feels great to be back in the winner’s circle,” said Henderson on Twitter after the win, adding a Father’s Day shout out for her dad. “Best gift I could have given my dad today!”

Henderson started the day one back of Thompson, but did everything she needed to earn the victory.
On Sunday, Henderson hit 11 out of 12 fairways and only missed two of the course’s 18 greens.
“It was really tough today, the wind really picked up,” said Henderson. “I was kind of surprised when I looked at the leaderboard and I had a two-shot lead on the 18th green.”
Henderson will now take the next week off before heading into the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship the following week to defend her 2016 title.
