Project X Theatre Presents Theatre Under The Trees 2025 - Morning Shows
Project X Theatre is back in Prince Charles Park for their 2025 season! This summer, Project X’s Theatre Under the Trees is producing two family-friendly shows from July 7-26th: Thumbelina and The Emperor’s New Threads. This is the premiere of a local playwright Jakob Kopytko’s adaptation of the adventurous tale of Thumbelina, focused on finding one's confidence in a comedic show. The Emperor’s New Threads takes all the silliness of the original story into a goofy adaptation perfect for all audiences. Learn more at projectxtheatre.ca.
Photo credits: Morgan Benedict, Jessica Buchanan, Randi Edmundson, Laine Gillies, and Rem Murray in The Hobbit, 2023. Photo by Mallory Mogg. Directed by Jennica Grienke. Set by Jared Raschke. Costumes by Emily Thibert and Jared Raschke. Scenic Paint and Props by Brittney Martens and Finn Modder. Stage Management by Skylar Nakazawa and Emily Brown. Sound by Alex Ward.
