Valley of the Lynx Explorer Snowshoe Tour
Join our local guides and explore the magical snowshoe trails in the tranquil East Valley of Sun Peaks. Experience the natural habitat of local birds and animals, including the elusive Canadian Lynx, and the Snowshoe Hare.
Look for wildlife tracks, and enjoy making fresh tracks of your own on fresh snow days! This is a great tour for anyone experiencing snowshoeing for the first time, or for experienced snowshoers ready to undertake their next adventure. Included is a visit to our snow cave, and time to relax at our cozy winter camp to enjoy hot apple cider, and trail treats.
Snowshoe equipment & trail pass are included.
Proper waterproof winter boots are required. Guests should dress in warm winter clothing (snow pants, jackets, toque and gloves are strongly recommended).
Advanced reservations required. Tour starts and finishes at the Nordic Centre. Please check into the Adventure Centre first to sign a waiver and receive further instructions.
