Cannery cause they have tasty beers!

Humble.
If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
Australia-we are actually booked to take our family this December.
What is your favourite activity in Penticton?
Spending time on the lake wakeboarding and waterskiing.
What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
Not sure.
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
Having the opportunity to practice with talented chefs and having a great support system in place of family and friends.
Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
Spending time at the family cottage.
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
We run the soupsisters program once per month and provide sowins with all made soups.....we also work with the soupeteria to assist in making soup for the shelter...teach chefs in the classroom now two years in a row...mentor young apprentices
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
Slow down!
Where would you sneak away to in Penticton to spend some time alone?
The lake.
Where would you like to see positive change in Penticton and why?
I think Penticton is evolving for the better with many new developments in the near future so I would like to see these continue and more new ideas brought to the table

The people!

Travel!
How do people connect with you, personally, through social media?
Instagram.

Brodo kitchen group inc
Why did you get into/start this business?
I have been cooking since 12 years old.
I was finally ready at 40 years old to open my first restaurant
What is the goal of your business?
To provide a fantastic workplace for my staff and for all of us to enjoy what we do, be creative, grow young cooks.
What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?
Finding the balance between life and work.
If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
Same.
What do you always find yourself saying?
Why not!

If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
My friends and family...I know that may sound corny but it's true.

My wife-she does a tremendous job raising our children and supporting what I love to do.
