If you see a beautiful white shepherd up at Big White this weekend, be sure to say hello!
After visiting Whistler and SilverStar, Mya and her owner Mark are now taking on Big White for the weekend.
Mya even got herself a Big White pet pass, which can be purchased at the hill with proceeds going towards the B.C. SPCA.
Mark and Mya are from Australia, but are currently travelling through Canada and the U.S.
Mya has gathered herself quite an online following that is tracking her adventures through Canada’s best winter wonderlands.
Mark is documenting the pair’s journey on social media and he is hoping to meet some of those followers at Big White on Saturday night.
“Mark and Mya would like to say thank you to everyone who has been supporting them throughout their adventure,” the event page says.”
“We have many supporters who are at Big White, so whilst we are here we would like for everyone to have the opportunity to say hi and ask us any questions they might have about our adventure.”
They’ll be at the Big White tube park and ice rink between 5 and 6 p.m.
