VIDEO: Three Alberta cello-playing prodigies dedicate song to fallen soldiers

Three sisters from Alberta have released a fitting tribute to the sacrifices veterans have made to preserve our freedoms.

The three cello-playing prodigies released the music video for Remembrance Day and dedicated their performance to Canada’s fallen soldiers.

"Journey of Remembrance is a unique film in which the power of music and nature combine to create a token of commemoration in honour of Remembrance Day (Canada), Veteran's Day (USA) for the lives that have been lost due to injustice and war. However, more than that, the universal language of music is a voice for the voiceless, for the forgotten, lonely, and hurting," read the YouTube description for the video.

The three Coetzee sisters Mari, Ine and Luka performed the piece on Mount Lady MacDonald near Canmore, Alberta.

The music used in the video is Requiem for 3 Cellos and Piano by David Popper.
