The woman underwent surgery in the basement of a home in the Bayview Ave. and Sheppard Ave. East area of Toronto after responding to advertising offering cosmetic surgery by a Dr. Kitty.

The woman later reported it to police after developing an infection because of the botched procedure. The victim required corrective surgery from a licensed plastic surgeon.

Wang was arrested on Friday, October 13th, at her address in Toronto. She has been charged with aggravated assault and appeared in court on Saturday, October 14th.

Investigators believe there may be other victims that Wang performed surgical procedures on, and anyone with information is asked to contact police at (416)808-3200 or leave a tip online with Crime Stoppers.
