(UPDATE: Nov. 11 @ 7:35 am) - A man from Calgary has been charged in the death of a pizza restaurant worker who sustained injuries when a pickup truck crashed into the building.
RCMP say the 28-year-old is charged with criminal negligence causing death following Saturday's crash, which happened just before the lunch hour at Boston Pizza in downtown Fort McMurray.
Police have said the Ford F350 caused significant structural damage to the building at Franklin Ave. and Richard St.
They said one of the employees, a 24-year-old woman, was struck by the pickup and died later in hospital.
Boston Pizza in Fort McMurray posted on Facebook that it is closed until further notice due to the "sudden and tragic passing" of one of its BP family members.
Police say they have now cleared from the scene, but that the investigation continues.

RCMP say it happened just before the lunch hour on Saturday at the Boston Pizza in Fort McMurray.

They say one of the employees, a 24-year-old woman, was struck by the pickup and died later in hospital from her injuries.
RCMP say the driver and lone occupant of the truck remain in custody, with charges pending.
They say investigators with the RCMP and workplace safety staff will likely remain at the scene until Sunday.
