The Victoria Jazz Society is giving away two tickets to the festival, and all you have to do for a chance to see some of the most outstanding local and international blues artists for free is enter to win below.

Enjoy some incredible live music right on the water with your plus one at the gorgeous Ship Point outdoor venue. There will be food vendors and beverage gardens on site too!

Formerly known as Vancouver Island Blues Bash, this popular festival will fill your soul with every shade of the blues, as well as so many more genres including roots, country and folk.

It’s perfect for any music lover who wants to spend a weekend listening to some talented, award-winning artists – right here in town.

The festival, which is taking place from Thursday, August 25th to Sunday, August 28th features free-to-attend performances from musicians including Nick Mintenko Fox Effect, Oliver Swain Big Machine, Daniel Cook & The Radiators, Deb Rhymer Blues Band and more.

Take in some beautiful Victoria sunshine during the day while you enjoy the wonderful free shows, and then rock into the evening with a stunning sunset and the exciting main stage lineup.

Your tickets will grant you access to all three of the main stage evening shows at Ship Point, beginning at 6:30 pm.

This year's evening shows will feature performances from three-time Grammy Nominee Ruthie Foster Band and indie-soul artist AHI on August 26th, Latin Grammy and Juno winner Alex Cuba Band and multiple-time Aboriginal Peoples’ Choice Music Award winner George Leach on August 27th, with Juno winner William Prince and one of the world's best guitarists Calum Graham closing out the event on August 28th!

You will be rockin’ and groovin’ on the dance floor in Victoria’s Inner Harbour and beyond through the whole weekend.
