“But, we are working hard to make it professional and have taken our business to the next level,” says Sarah, who owns and operates the Master Care Janitorial franchise in Kamloops with her husband, Garret.
Master Care Janitorial provides commercial, office, strata, industrial and post-construction cleaning, not just in Kamloops but throughout the Interior with crews based in numerous communities.
“We take a great deal of pride in delivering as advertised,” says Garret.
“We offer dependable service that our customers can rely on. Our customers are ours to lose and we certainly don’t want that, so we’re always working hard to continually earn their business.”

“Both Garret and I promptly take the time to meet in-person with potential customers at their location. We carefully listen and observe to learn what their needs and expectations are while also asking the right questions to ensure an accurate quote.”

“Communication is essential to keeping everything running smoothly,” says Sarah.
“We hold ourselves accountable to not make mistakes and most mistakes occur from poor communication, it’s not acceptable and we will always pride ourselves in having excellent communication across the board, from our cleaning teams to ourselves.”
Master Care Janitorial is the third business Garret and Sarah have owned and operated together. The first two were a marketing firm and an event planning and management company – both of which utilized Garret’s marketing mastery and Sarah’s administrative prowess.
“While janitorial was new to us when we secured the franchise in 2018, we are entrepreneurs at heart and our previous experiences have set us up for success in this industry,” says Sarah.
“We’ve worked hard to grow and succeed in Kamloops and surrounding areas and are proud to be the face of janitorial.”
