A man alleged to have verbally assaulted staff at a Tim Hortons in Surrey earlier this year has been charged.<\/p>

Police revealed today that 31-year-old Omar Christian Maybaum was charged with assault and causing a disturbance on May 3 in connection to the incident that happened three months earlier.<\/p>
On May 24, he was arrested and released on conditions while he awaits his first court appearance.<\/p>
Those conditions include not having any direct or indirect contact with the victim, not visiting that Tim Hortons location and not possessing any weapons.<\/p>\n\t\t
