Rio Tinto is apologizing for losing a pea-sized radioactive capsule that went missing earlier this month. The capsule, which contains Caesium-137, was lost along a 1,400 km route in Western Australia. Emergency services say it may have gone missing up to two weeks ago while being transported. It runs the risk of causing skin damage, burns and radiation sickness to anyone who may pick it up.

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued an urgent call on Sunday for more weapons. Zelenskyy said the eastern Donetsk region is under near constant attacks from Russian forces. He added that soldiers in the area needed more supplies and new weapons as Russia tries to exhaust their forces.
