(UPDATE: July 26 @ 11:37 am): David Robert Greatrix has been found dead, police said this morning.
The Penticton resident, who was 62, was found by search and rescue volunteers in Manning Park on July 23.
"Although a full determination has yet to be made, RCMP do not believe that criminality was involved in the man’s sudden death," the RCMP said.
Greatrix's vehicle was found abandoned in Manning Park on July 15.
The BC Coroners Service is now investigating the death.

(Original story: July 23 @ 5:25 am): The RCMP is searching for a missing Okanagan man thought to be in the Manning Park area.
David Robert Greatrix, 62, was last seen at his home in Penticton on the morning of June 30.
On July 15, a car belonging to Greatrix was found in the parking lot of the Monument 78/83 hiking trail in Manning Park.
The vehicle was reportedly in the lot “for some time,” police said.
Princeton Mounties said they believe Greatrix could be in the Manning Park area and are concerned for his well-being.
They provided the following description of Greatrix:
White
100 kg (221 lbs)
Grey hair
Hazel eyes
