In 2017, Mumford & Sons came to Vancouver with U2 for a highly anticipated show at BC Place.
However, security issues created chaos and waits of over an hour for those entering the stadium, so many fans missed out on Mumford & Sons set.
Those fans will have a chance at redemption this summer, because the British band has announced a new tour that includes another show at BC Place.
They’ll be joined by Portugal. The Man for the show on Aug. 7, part of their Delta Tour for which they’ve just started to announce North American dates.
Delta is the band’s fourth studio album, which came out on Nov. 16, 2018 and instantly earned top spot on the Billboard 200.
Portugal. The Man, on the other hand, is still riding the wave created by their hit single “Feel It Still,” the biggest track from their 2017 album Woodstock.
The band has been touring heavily since and it appears as if that touring is continuing this summer.
Tickets will set you back between $39.50 and $125 before fees and taxes.
They go on sale on Friday at 10 a.m.
