How to make bullet proof coffee

Unless you've been living under a rock, you've likely heard of the wildly popular trend of trading out your coffee creamer for butter. While it sounds a bit odd - it results in the silkiest, most delicious coffee. You probably won't be reaching for cream once you give this a try!

Ingredients:

1-2 tbsp of butter - grass fed, organic is best, use less or more to your liking

3-5 dates for sweetness - omit if you don't want, or substitute for honey

1 tbsp collagen powder - it's a great way to sneak in some added nutrients

1-2 cups of your desired coffee

Method:

Blend in a high powered blender for 30-45 seconds
