Kamloops RCMP received around 381 calls for service between Friday and Monday morning.
Officers responded to a report of a firearm found in a stolen vehicle, a vehicle rollover and a traffic stop that led to the seizure of weapons and drugs.

Officers responded to the 200-block of Columbia Street around 11:30 am on Sunday to investigate “suspicious” activity. When they arrived they found a GMC Sierra reported as stolen out of Barriere.
A suspect emergency from a basement window on 3rd Avenue but he allegedly resisted arrest and tried running away. Officers wound the wallet and gun. Police are looking for witnesses.
On Saturday night, around 8:20 pm, Tk’emlúps Rural RCMP officers were notified that a silver Ford pickup truck had flipped over multiple times near Sabiston Creek Road. A woman associated with the vehicle was located nearby by ambulance. She confirmed two other occupants had already left the scene and were “okay.” Police believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
More than six firearms and an undisclosed amount of suspected cocaine was seized during a traffic stop Saturday night around 11 pm.
Officers stopped a white Dodge Ram pickup truck after it was observed leaving the area of a single-vehicle collision and had several occupants inside.
Officers located what appeared to be firearms, including modified long-guns and handguns, along with more than seven ounces of suspected cocaine.
