For your safety, avoid using different drugs at the same time or stop using altogether. Residents should never use alone or lock the door.
Telling someone to check on you, testing using a small amount, and carrying a Naloxone kit can save your life. Naloxone kits and drug training are available at Ask Wellness located at 433 Tranqulle Road or at Interior Health at 235 Lansdowne Street.
If you suspect someone is overdosing, call 9-1-1 immediately and give naloxone if you can.
