Lotto Max ticket sold in Kamloops wins $35M, another 11 Maxmillion winners in BC

The seventh time is the charm!

After six draws where the $70-million jackpot wasn’t won, a pair of tickets matched all seven numbers from Tuesday’s Lotto Max draw.

The lucky holders of the two tickets, which were sold in Kamloops and Ontario, will split the jackpot and take home $35 million each.

The winning numbers: 7-11-22-28-33-44-49 (bonus 10).

Along with the jackpot, there were also 46 Maxmillion prize winners, which included 21 winning tickets sold in Ontario, 11 in BC, 10 in Quebec and four in the Prairies.

Here’s a list of locations the winning tickets in BC were sold, or if they were purchased through PlayNow.com, and how much of the $1-million Maxmillion prize that they won:

  • Coquitlam ($500,000)
  • Coquitlam ($500,000)
  • Columbia River-Revelstoke ($1,000,000)
  • Kamloops ($250,000)
  • Langley ($1,000,000)
  • Peace-River North ($1,000,000)
  • Peace-River South ($1,000,000)
  • PlayNow.com ($333,333.40)
  • Surrey ($1,000,000)
  • Vancouver ($250,000)
  • Victoria ($500,000)

While the $70-million jackpot being won will slow down the lottery fever we’ve seen over the last three weeks, Friday’s draw is nothing to scoff at.

It will have an estimated jackpot of $50 million and two Maxmillion prizes of $1 million will be up for grabs as well.
