Man and woman arrested in Kamloops after indecent exposure report

A man and a woman were arrested in Kamloops on Sunday morning after a report of indecent exposure.

A call came in just after 8 am about a man exposing himself to passing traffic in the 70 block of Seymour Street, police said.

Police then went to the scene and arrested a man nearby for causing a disturbance.

An intoxicated woman was also arrested for obstruction, police said, and a baton seized for destruction.

“Both were released when safely sobered,” the RCMP explained.

“The investigation is ongoing and charges may be recommended, pending the investigation’s conclusion.”
