Kamloops RCMP is on the lookout for a potentially dangerous man in the community.
According to police, Kevin James Beatie is wanted on several outstanding warrants. Officers believe he may be somewhere in Kamloops.
Beattie has had several opportunities to appear in court to face charges, though he has failed to do so, prompting an issue for his arrest. Police explained that while he could be in Kamloops, he has no fixed address in the city.
He is wanted on charges of possession of ammunition while prohibited, possession of a weapon while prohibited, theft under $5,000 and driving while suspended.
Beattie has very distinguishable features that would make him stand out, which includes a large tattoo on his face.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.
