(Original Story: Dec. 6, 2018 @ 11:51 a.m.)- As part of an ongoing investigation, the Kamloops RCMP issued a search warrant at Unit 1, 1485 Lorne Street East.
According to RCMP, this investigation began last January when units attended a residence on Badger Drive in Dallas for the report of a home invasion.
Once RCMP entered the residence, they found evidence of criminal activity and garnered a search warrant. The search revealed a number of firearms, bomb-making materials and an undisclosed amount of currency and narcotics.
RCMP did not immediately issue criminal charges and the investigation continued.
Three days later, RCMP executed another search warrant in Westsyde. It was determined that both the Dallas and Westsyde residences were used by the same person, Cameron Cole.
According to a police release, RCMP charged 35-year-old Cole with:
Cole’s whereabouts are unknown and he is currently wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant.
Also charged and currently wanted on an outstanding warrant is Charles Gerald Patrick. The 62-year-old is wanted for:
Cole often goes by an alias of “Jeff Parks” when renting the Badger Drive residence and has also used the alias “Jake.”
RCMP say it is possible that he has rented other residential or commercial locations and there may be illegal or even dangerous items stored in the places.
If anyone sees with Patrick or Cole, you are encouraged to call RCMP at (250)828-3000.
