The Kelowna RCMP said the 17-year-old, who was reported missing on May 17 but last seen eight days earlier, is "safe and sound."

(Original story: May 17 @ 3:05 pm) - The Kelowna RCMP is hoping the public can help locate a missing teenager.
According to police, 17-year-old Danaejah Boyd was last seen in downtown Kelowna on May 9.
“Danaejah’s family and the police are concerned for her safety and well-being,” explained Cpl. Tammy Lobb.
“She may be using the first name ‘Cody’ and she spends time in the Vernon area as well as Kelowna.”
The missing youth is described as a 6’1”, 170-pound Caucasian female with pierced ears and a faded tattoo of a cross on the middle finger of her left hand.
Anyone who sees Boyd is urged to contact the Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300.
