Vernon RCMP are looking to identify an unknown man who is suspected of using a stolen credit card throughout the city.

On Feb. 8, Vernon RCMP received a report that a man allegedly stole a credit card from the Husky Gas Station on 27th Street.

The card, which belongs to another local business, was used at multiple retail locations throughout Vernon, racking up thousands of dollars in charges.

The suspect is described as a 35 to 45 year old Caucasian man with short brown hair.

At the time of the crime being reported, he was wearing a black hooded jacket, a black and white t-shirt, glasses and a silver necklace.
