(UPDATE: Feb. 7 @ 3:35 pm) - The Penticton RCMP says 59-year-old Kurtis Robinson remains missing.
He was reported missing on Tuesday, Feb. 2, after last being "spoken to" on Friday, Jan. 31, police said.
However, Mounties have received more information and an accurate photo of the vehicle owned by Robinson, which were shared in a release today.
"The vehicle is a 2004 Grey Chevrolet Avalanche bearing BC license plate EK9326," the RCMP said. "A distinct feature of the truck is a black panel running along the lower side."
Anyone who has seen this vehicle or has information on Robinson's whereabouts is urged to contact the Penticton RCMP at 250-492-4300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-877-222-8477.
(Original story: Feb. 3 @ 6:20 am) - Mounties are searching for a missing Okanagan man.
Kurtis Robinson, 59, was reported missing on Tuesday, Feb. 2.
Police said he’s from Penticton.
He was last “spoken to,” police added, on Jan. 31.
They provided the following description of the man:
White
5 ft 11 in
186 lbs
Grey hair
Hazel eyes
Driving a grey 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche
In a public notice, Mounties said they are “very concerned” for Robinson’s “health and well-being.”
His friends and family have told police it’s “out of character” for him to be out of contact for so long.
