Unfortunately, it’s been an issue for many truck drivers since fast-food chains and restaurants began to close their doors due to COVID-19.
These drivers, who are the epitome of essential workers during a crisis like this, are getting turned away at their usual stops along routes like Hwy 1.
Their massive rigs won’t fit through your classic McDonald’s or Tim Hortons drive thru, they aren’t allowed to come inside because the restaurant is closed and they aren’t allowed to walk through the drive thru either.
While there have been arguments on both sides of this issues, Munden Ventures has come up with a solution.
Meals for Truck Drivers. Thanks to @BCTruckingAssoc and a group of B.C. business owners, we are working to launch a solution to get truck drivers food efficiently.
