An investigation into a suspect has resulted in child pornography charges in B.C.
In April 2017, the Abbotsford Police Department Major Crime Detectives received information that an Internet subscriber had uploaded child sexual abuse material online.
The investigation continued until a search warrant was executed at a residence in Abbotsford on Wednesday, December 6th, where various computer devices and cell phones were seized.
Subsequent search warrants were acquired and evidence of child exploitation material was located, and on Monday, December 11th, 42-year-old Jeremy Allen Willms was arrested in relation to the investigation.
He has now been charged with making available child pornography and possessing child pornography.
Willms has been released from custody under the following court-ordered conditions:
