"This property has a number of unique aspects," said Sachin Varma, the realtor from Surrey-based EXP Realty that has the listing for sale.

"(There are) a number of different homes (18 homes and cabins, plus a barn and workshop) on the property, a large river frontage (4,500 feet on the Kettle River), an orchard and both ALR (agricultural land reserve) and no-zoning areas on the property allowing for many potential uses."

In the listing, the myriad of possibilities is described as "unlimited" as an investment, to develop or to retire.
