Hi, my name is Megan. I am 28 years young. I am married to the most awesome husband, Josh. We have been married for three-years-now. We own a cat, Fritz, and our beloved Dalmatian, Demitri. Demitri is my world and I don’t know what I would do without him. He is four-years-old and full of P&V.
Why do you use Instagram?
I decided to switch my personal Instagram over to make an Instagram account for Demitri. A lot of people think Dalmatians are a “dumb, wired, destructive” breed but in reality, they are quite the opposite. I like to think that maybe people will see our photos and learn how awesome of a breed they actually are! I also just like to show off how cute and handsome Demitri is️.
What will people see on your feed?
Spots, spots and more spots! He loves being in front of the camera. If you like the looks of Dalmatians you will love our feed. Demitri is a very handsome boy who loves to pose.
You will also see some pretty cool views that we encounter on our hikes!
Does your page have a specific style?
Our page doesn’t have any sort of style at all. I try my best to keep the photos clean and crisp. Nothing beats a nice quality photo with vibrant colours that show off how beautiful the world can be.
Favourite Instagram accounts to follow?
Ooo that’s tough, as we follow quite a few cuties out there! I’d have to say I really enjoy DogDogGoose. She makes some pretty awesome leather collars. Not to mention she owns Demitri’s aunt, Luci. We also really enjoy the cuteness of Khaleesi.Django.Dalmatian and the amazing ocean life photography of paulnicklen.
How do you decide on your location for shoots?
I never really decide on a location. I bring my camera on pretty much every adventure we go on and take probably 100+ photos and usually only keep about five. If I really enjoy them, I will try to visit that spot more often and at different times of the year. I particularity like fall because the colours really accent Demitri nicely ️
Biggest Instagram moment?
Ooooo that’s not too tough only because we haven’t had too many big moments. I’d have to say it’s probably when I posted a video of Dem running on our treadmill. It has 6000+views

Why do you follow KamloopsBCNow?
I follow KamloopsBCNow because the of the stuff they share from around town! I love seeing all of the local creations, events and sights. We have only been in Kamloops for five years so it’s always fun to see what else we could do with our days off!
