(UPDATE: May 10, 2018 @ 10:30 a.m.) - The Thompson Nicola Regional District (TNRD) has announced that the evacuation order for the Lower Nicola Mobile Home Park, as well as three properties on Marshall Road will be rescinded today.
As the risk of flooding has diminished, the following properties have been removed from the evacuation order:
Please note that 125 Marshall Road remains under evacuation order.
Due to changing conditions, an evacuation alert will remain in effect.
The TNRD reminds people returning to their homes to prepare by considering the following:

The evacuation order applies to the following properties:
Residents are advised to leave immediately and shut off all gas and electrical appliances, other than refrigerators and freezers.
Evacuees that require support for food or accomodation are asked to report to 1721 Coldwater Ave. Merritt.

An evacuation order has been issued for the Guichon Creek Mobile Home Park due to flooding in the Lower Nicola, Electoral Area M.
