Kamloops weekend weather starts with showers but ends up sunny

Kamloops residents looking for some fun in the sun this weekend should wait until after Friday.

The weekend forecast is calling for a little mix of everything with rain, sun, and clouds.

On Friday, expect periods of rain throughout the day with a high of 22 degrees. Overnight, expect clear skies as the low drops to 11 degrees.

Saturday should see a mix of sun and clouds with a high of 24 degrees. The night could see a 60% chance of showers with a low of 14 degrees.

Sunday will be the nicest day of the weekend at 25 degrees with a mix of sun and clouds. Overnight expect a low of 13 degrees with clear skies.

Getting older, immature forever. Never been a capital R Runner. It just isn’t me. Yet I recall one afternoon, when I was about twelve, thinking that I must remember once I’m a grownup to run. That kid style of running is what I promised myself to always do. It is the running when you just are happy and excited so you burst into a run. Why don’t we do that once we are adults? Or skipping? Why don’t we just skip a bit because we feel good or we feel like it? Let’s skip and break into a run today. Can you imagine the chaos of joy that could erupt in a busy city?
