My wife made the choice to be home with our kids during a time when most women are starting a career. She did an amazing job with our two boys then went back into the work force once they hit school age. She very quickly decided that working for someone else wasn't for her. While at her last "job", she got educated and became a very successful Realtor. Now she has a rewarding career. Her drive to succeed is what inspired me to quit my "job" my to start my company.

Back home in Kitimat our summers were often wet and cold. I loved going to visit my Grandparents in Grand Forks during the summer. It was always dry and usually above 35 degrees.

If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
There is too much conflict in the world these days. We are all different and the sooner we all accept that, the sooner we will all be able to just get along. We don't have to be everyone's best friend, but we don't need to be anyone's enemy either
Where would you like to see positive change in Kamloops and why? I'm happy to see the beutification of the north shore and the new social housing being constructed there. This is a very positive initiative.
