Some general comments I would like to share are:
Eat as healthy as you can. Exercise Drink at least 2 liters of water and Socialize. This is a start to living a healthy life. When it comes to eating healthy here are a couple of points to ponder! 1 - Our produce is shipped great distances from countries around the world. 2 - To Do this Produce is picked green and Sprayed with ripening chemicals. 3 - By the time it gets to the Store it is already Depleted of Nutrients. 4 - Let's not forget the length of time it sits on the Shelf before We Buy it. 5 - We are lucky to get 30% or 40% of the nutrients from the Food We Put On Our Table. 6 - Even if we could grow our own gardens year-round - our soils are still depleted of important vitamins and minerals from all the pollution and overgrowth of plants year after year. 7 - Our Meat is Over Produced and Raised in awful conditions in most cases. 8- I would say just about everyone on this Planet - needs to supplement. 9 - Find a supplement You Don't Flush using Advanced Delivery Technologies.
