Meeting friends for coffee.

What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
I recently got videoed acting like a goof driving my golf cart on the beach. I don't regret it but I'd rather no video evidence to inspire my son.

My most inspiring influence is seeing my dad get up every day to work and never complain, as a parent the example we set can't be over stated.

My favourite childhood memories are going to my grandparents in Manitoba. The summers lasted forever.

Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
I am involved with the needle buy back and seeing the clean up and meeting those affected adds a personal face to the issues facing this city.

If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
I would like to see the pace of life slowed down, families having more time together. I believe more emphasis on family time would have huge impacts on society.

Where would you sneak away to in Kamloops to spend some time alone?
Walking my dog around my block. It's not really alone because I have great neighbours I would end up running into but its relaxing.

Where would you like to see positive change in Kamloops and why?
I would like to see more people out to support local groups. Be it coaching, cleaning or helping a charity the city would benefit because everyone has something positive to add.
