Where are you from and how long have you lived in Kamloops?
Small prairie town, I have lived in this beautiful city for over 11 years.
Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
My family because they are literally the most fantastic fabulous people!
What is your favourite local store in Kamloops and why?
Brownstone! I love eating there! It has been a consistent part of Kamloops since I moved here.
Describe yourself in one word.
Awesome.
If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
Sunpeaks, it's my happy place.
What is your favourite activity in Kamloops?
Hard to pin it down to just one; mountain biking, skiing, hiking, wake surfing, etc.
What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
You have to get to know me to ask that!
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
Volunteering with operation smile. Working with children who otherwise would not have appropriate surgery to eat and/or smile was unbelievable.
Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
I can't remember that far back!
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
In my job, as a plastic surgeon, I am lucky enough to do that on a daily basis.
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
Eradicate intolerance and bring more understanding.
Where would you sneak away to in Kamloops to spend some time alone?
Battle Bluff.
Where would you like to see positive change in Kamloops and why?
The downtown because I work there!
What do you think makes Kamloops great?
The variety of outdoor activities.
What are 3 things on your bucket list?
Good grief I haven't made one yet!! haha.

I play classical guitar, Liona Boyd style.

Why did you get into/start this business?
I am lucky enough to be able to do it. As a plastic surgeon, I have the ability to help others and provide a variety of needed services in Kamloops.
What is the goal of your business?
To help people quit perseverating on that one thing and see the beauty that they are.
What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?
Balance work with children.
What do you always find yourself saying?
"100%."

It doesn't matter what you have, happiness comes from within.
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
My husband, I know it's cheesy but, as he is a surgeon as well, we don't get enough time together!
Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
To support our neighbors and community!
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Getting into med school and plastic surgery residency.
