Meet Jeremy Kneeshaw. Jeremy was born and raised in the River City. He is a creative man who loves spending time with his fiancee and making music.

Where are you from and how long have you lived in Kamloops?
Born and Raised.

Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
My fiancee, because she is wonderful.

What is your favourite local store in Kamloops and why?
McAllister and Howard. They are the style Lords.

Describe yourself in one word.
Creative.

If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
The Bahamas, as you don't need to wear shoes there. Because of the weather.

What is your favourite activity in Kamloops?
Playing music.

What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
I once had a very obvious bowel movement at the house of a brand new band member, my first time there.

What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
I have been inspired by musicians and friends and family as long as I can remember. I have always believed that life itself is the ultimate inspiration.

Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
I always loved Christmas growing up.

Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
I do a lot for Rotary as well as the SPCA, YMCA, Way Home, BIA, KSC, and many more.

If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
I would change the violent separation from the rich to the poor. It is the root of all hunger, war, disease and unsettled society.

Where would you sneak away to in Kamloops to spend some time alone?
I like the forests around Sullivan lake to camp.

Where would you like to see positive change in Kamloops and why?
I would like more funding to the arts as many of us are loosing places to play.

What do you think makes Kamloops great?
The people and the weather.

1. See the Bahamas.
2. Scuba diving.
3. Sell out the ISC.

My middle names are Matthew Vincent.

How do people connect with you, personally, through social media?

What is the name of your business/organization?
Jeremy Kneeshaw Music LTD.

Why did you get into/start this business?
To claim the expenses of playing.

What is the goal of your business?
To promote live music.

What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?
Finding uncompromising miserable people.

I'll try anything once.

Remember who you are and what you want.

If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
John Mayer.

Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
It promotes local business.

What has been your proudest accomplishment?
I am marrying the girl of my dreams.

My mom. She works so hard and loves so much.
