Daily Challenge: How many lunges can you do?

Did you know that according to Guinness World Records, the most lunges completed in one minute is a whopping 82? The incredible feat was achieved by Ali Mounir in Egypt just one year ago in March 2022.

While we probably won’t be breaking that record today, most of us can probably do 10 lunges, on each leg, which is today’s daily challenge!

According to burned-calories.com, the average person can do 20 lunges per minute, which works out to about 3 seconds per lunge.

Not able to do lunges?

We realize that not everyone has that physical capacity. If you can’t complete today’s challenge, Mission Possible author Jim Csek encourages you to complete a daily challenge on a day that you missed or spend that extra time writing down every possible goal you’d like to achieve this year (big or small, no holds barred), and choose one to start working towards.

Did you complete the challenge?

We figured you might. Don’t forget to let us know in the form below for a chance to win a Mission Possible planner and be entered into our monthly prize. If you want to follow along and enter daily, sign up for the KelownaNow daily newsletter to get your daily challenge reminder.

The daily challenge is sponsored by the locally published Mission Possible. The Mission Possible planner helps you set, track and keep goals using a fun and unique method guaranteed to guide you to success with annual goals in all areas from career to fitness and everything in between.
