A Colorado couple have had their prom photo go viral because they were photobombed by a tornado.
Ali Jolie Marintzer is a freshman at Wray High School in Wray, Colorado and over the weekend she posed with her boyfriend Charlie Bator before prom, while a storm gathered behind them. Unbeknownst to the couple, a tornado was forming right behind them, which can be seen clearly in the photos.
Tornadoes were spotted in several communities in Colorado on Sunday, including in Denver. The National Weather Service monitored the strong storms, however no official tornado warnings or watches were issued in the state.
According to local media, on Saturday at least five people were injured as a result of the storms and there are reports of damage to some buildings.
