Today, IKEA Canada shared an announcement that will make your furniture hunt a little easier if you tend to be on the picky side.
The Swedish home furnishing retailer has introduced a new return policy, that will give you an entire year to make up your mind instead of the 45 days customers had before.
"With the new 365 day return policy, we stand behind our range and its quality, while allowing customers more room and time to make the right decisions for their homes," said Gerard Bos, Customer Experience Manager, IKEA Canada.
"By launching a more flexible return policy, we ensure IKEA continues to be a great place to shop, meeting our customers' needs for convenience in an evolving retail landscape."
With proof of purchase, customers can return any product, even if it's assembled, as long as it's in unused resalable condition. The return policy covers all IKEA products, including unexpired food, with no exceptions.
The new policy was first introduced in early fall and has now rolled out to all markets from coast-to-coast, including eCommerce.
The return policy is available in detail here.
