VIDEO: A glimpse at Kamloops over 60 years ago

Kamloops continues to grow as a city, and it is truly amazing to see where we have come since the 50s.

Recently, CanadaMotorSports/Reel Life took to Youtube to post a video featuring a drive through Kamloops in 1958. Shot 62 years ago, the drive takes place downtown in the city centre.

Prominently featured in the clip on Victoria Street is the Plaza Hotel, a bowling alley, the Paramount Theatre, and more.

Following the trip through Kamloops, the vehicle travels down Hwy 97, making its way to Chilliwack and other communities.
