UPDATE:
An amber alert has been cancelled in Ontario after a 4-year-old girl was found in Pembroke.
According to York Regional Police, Julia Della-Cruz was located after a collision in the city.
The suspect, believed to be the little girl’s father Mario Rodrigues, has reportedly been arrested and is being transported to hospital.
There has been no information released on either of their conditions although police say they are grateful for help in the incident.

York Regional Police have put out an Amber Alert after what they believe to be a parental abduction in Aurora, Ont.
A 4-year-old girl named Julia Della-Cruz, was reportedly taken by her father, Mario Rodrigues.
The little girl is just three feet five inches, with a thin build, and weighs 60 pounds. She was last seen wearing a green shirt and grey track pants.
Rodrigues, 35, is described as five feet five inches and weighs 160 pounds.
He has short dark hair, brown eyes and is clean shaven.
The man has been driving a silver 2008 Toyota Sienna van with the Ontario license plate BEZY781.
He was last seen heading south from Aurora at around 6 a.m. (EDT).
If seen, the public is urged to call 911.
