The Evenflo Pillo Napper has been recalled from the Canadian market for not meeting Canadian requirements, says Health Canada.
The health authority said that the product does not meet requirements for bassinets under crib, cradle, and bassinet regulations.
The product is comprised of a metal frame and a cloth and mesh angled sleeping surface. It includes a waist restraint, Bluetooth, a soft night light, nature sounds, and a room temperature monitor.
This recall involves the Evenflo Pillo Napper with model number 12132125, which is located on the metal frame of the unit. The affected products were sold from June 2017 to May 2019.
Approximately 1103 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.
According to the recall, as of May 29, 2019, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Evenflo to receive a credit to purchase another Evenflo product.
