The year 2020 continues to be a tough one, and it just got even harder on Saturday.
Wilford Brimley, an iconic American actor, passed away during the morning. Brimley was most notably remembered for his part in the movie "The Natural," as the face of Quaker Oats, and as a spokesperson for diabetes.
Hollywood stars as well as thousands of fans took to Twitter to share their goodbyes to the legend.
"RIP Wilford Brimley," wrote Stephen Colbert. "So many great performances, but I'll never forget seeing him sing this surprisingly tender 'It's Not Easy Being Green.'"

Brimley was 85-years-old.
