Health Canada has issued a recall for certain Zwilling Enfinigy electric kettles because of a potential burn hazard.
The recall affects some Zwilling Enfinigy Electric Kettle and Electric Kettle Pro models with a 1.5-litre capacity.
Health Canada says the handle on the recalled kettles may loosen or break off during use, which could cause hot water to spill and create a risk of scalding injuries to users or bystanders, including children.
The recall applies to kettles marked “MAX 1.5 L” or showing a maximum capacity of “10” cups on the label inside the appliance.

Affected products include black and silver Zwilling Enfinigy electric kettles, as well as black, silver, rose, gold and pure-white Enfinigy Electric Kettle Pro models.
As of May 13, 2026, the company had received 21 incident reports in Canada and one report of a potential injury. In the United States, there had been 96 incident reports and one report of a potential injury.
Health Canada says 43,963 affected units were sold in Canada and 113,590 were sold in the United States.
The products were sold from February 2020 to February 2026.
Consumers are being told to stop using the recalled kettles immediately and register for the return process to receive a refund.
The recall is being conducted jointly by Health Canada, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Zwilling J.A. Henckels, LLC, and Zwilling JA Henckels Canada Ltd.
