People in the community of Chillicothe, Ohio were stunned to see the body of Rebecca Cade, 31, hanging dead from a fence. According to local media reports from ABC6, residents thought the body was a prank being played on construction workers in the area, but it turned out to be a real body. Once workers realized the body was real they contacted police.

The whole incident began on October 13th at around 8:30 a.m. at the end of a dead end street in the city. According to police, there were obvious injuries to her body and the death was deemed a homicide. Police have since arrested 27-year-old Donnie Cochenour Jr. for the murder and he is being held on $2 million bail in the Ross County Jail.

Investigators say that Cochenour admitted to being in an altercation with Cade near where her body was recovered. Police Chief Keith Washburn said that Cade died from blunt force trauma to the head and neck.
