Jay and Dan made their return to TSN last night

Nightly sports highlights just became a must watch in Canada again.

Jay Onrait and Dan O’Toole are officially back on Canadian television as hosts of the brand new SC with Jay and Dan.

The new show with old favourites made its debut on Monday and, in a way, it feels like the pair never left.

Not only are they the same old goofballs that they were four years ago, but the new look show featured a number of their old classic bits and segments.

Ya blew it, a reference to The Littlest Hobo and classic TSN segments like the top 10, worst play of the day and one vs one were all included in the hour long show.

There were also new segments, however, like the Jannies, which has the potential to become a classic segment.

Overall, it seems like the show will have a lot of great content beyond just your typical sports highlights, almost like it’s implementing bits from the Jay and Dan Podcast.

It’ll be interesting to see how it develops over the next few weeks and months, but one thing is for sure: It’s good to have Jay and Dan back!
